Emergency Groups' Office will complete and process all enrollment paperwork. The accuracy of each Practice's enrollment with contracted payers will be verified and we will properly enroll the Practice with third party payers with whom they wish to participate. We will prepare the initial applications for provider numbers and forward them per the Group's recommendation. The Practice will be notified of any physicians who do not complete their paperwork within a reasonable time so corrective action can be taken. EGO will forward the completed applications to the payer and follow up to make certain any problems are corrected and that we receive the identification numbers within the shortest possible time.
