A Client Manager is assigned to the practice to function as your account executive. The Client Manager is empowered to resolve all billing related issues and to act as a business resource to the practice. Billing dashboards, financial reporting and banking functions are coordinated by the Client Manager to assure that the Client has accurate and timely information to manage the practice. Effective communication with our clients is key to providing excellent service. Therefore, client calls are our first priority.
The Client Manager is your key inside advocate so that any operational issues can be addressed immediately. Maintaining a strong relationship with our clients is a company philosophy set forth by the Founders, Del and Jane Brault, and continued by each employee today.
